Passionate care, born from real experience
GotoHealthcare was founded in 2015 after a personal, devastating loss within our own family highlighted just how difficult it can be to access compassionate, reliable care for a loved one.
That experience didn't defeat us — it drove us to build something better. A service rooted not in process, but in people. Where every voice is heard, and every individual is treated with dignity.

Yes. GotoHealthcare is OFSTED registered and operates in full compliance with the 2023 Care Standards regulations. Our services are independently inspected and we maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, training, and person-centred practice.
We support young people aged 16–24 including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seekers, as well as adults of all ages who need support at home. We work with local authorities, NHS referrals, and families making private arrangements.
Every member of our team undergoes thorough background checks, mandatory safeguarding training, and ongoing professional development. We fund DBS checks and NVQ qualifications for all staff — because the quality of your care depends entirely on the quality of the people providing it.
