Our Founder

Jennifer Obitade is in the unique position as a founder to be able to connect on a personal level with her clients and their families. In 2015 she suffered the tragic loss of her grandmother, upon which she learnt of the neglect and abuse that had happened in the hands of her carers. Her grandmother suffered with dementia which is a difficult illness to watch any family member suffer with, however, there are ways that carers can make it easier for patients. Due to the lack of education and compassion of her grandmothers carers she was allowed to starve and sit in filth for days.

Jennifer has used this experience to drive her to ensure that the suffering her grandmother endured is not endured by anyone in her care or their family.

She has undergone intensive research and education on any illness or disability that her clients suffer with. She is very hands on with her clients and staff to ensure all care is to her standards, going as far as enrolling staff in educational courses about the illnesses/disabilities that their clients have and spending one on one time with each to ensure their care is unique to the person and the illness/disability.

She is a strong believer of treating clients like family. Her motto is ”Think of how you would want your family member treated and do better than that.”
